Henry J. Schwendiman has been in the commercial and multifamily real estate capital industry since 1984. His primary efforts have been in the origination and placement of capital in top-quality real estate investments in the form of mortgage debt, mezzanine debt, and equity. He has also developed real estate projects as an owner. His understanding and experience in all aspects of commercial and multifamily real estate gives him a unique perspective on what makes real estate a good and sound investment vehicle for all types of investors.

After obtaining an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University, Henry started his career at Richards Woodbury Mortgage Company in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1994 Henry and two other partners purchased Q10 | Bonneville  Real Estate Capital, a commercial mortgage and real estate investment company, which was founded in 1975. At the time of the purchase, Bonneville had $80 million in servicing. Since that time, the company has grown to over $3,000,000,000 in servicing today. During his career, Henry has participated in and has been a part of the origination of over $10 billion of real estate capital investments, including mortgages and equity.

Jeffrey Simmons joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in 1981 in Salt Lake City as a Loan Production Assistant. Two years later he was appointed Vice President of the Company and became a director. Jeff became a managing director of Bonneville in 1994 after 13 years of service to the company. During that time he was responsible for the origination of commercial real estate loans.

Jeff continues to originate loans for his clients along the Wasatch Front and throughout the nation. Over the years he has built many long lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom have become his personal friends.

Jeff took a three year leave of absence from the company in July of 2009 to serve as a Mission President in Sydney, Australia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He returned to Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in July, 2012 upon the completion of his three-year assignment.

Jeff received his education at Brigham Young University and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jeff has four children and eight grandchildren. Jeff is a sports enthusiast and remains active by playing basketball and golf. He also enjoys music and plays the piano and organ.

As a managing director in Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital, David has been in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development since 1979. His association with Q10 | Bonneville began with the acquisition of the Western Mortgage Income property division by Q10 | Bonneville in January of 1995.

David actively originates commercial real estate and multi-family loans, joint ventures, and equity placements across the United States.

Prior to joining Q10 | Bonneville, David was a Vice President with Western Mortgage Company in the Commercial Mortgage loan department. David owned and managed a successful real estate development company in Colorado for seventeen years before moving back to Salt Lake City in 1993.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Westminster College located in Salt Lake City, Utah and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado. David received his CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America in 2004.

David is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Utah, Colorado and Nevada and is the principal broker for Q10 | Bonneville.

David is a licensed commercial pilot and along with flying, his hobbies include scuba diving and riding motorcycles.

David has a wife and three children and currently lives in Sandy, Utah.

Michael Thomas joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Before joining Bonneville, Michael served as CFO to a local pharmaceutical development company and later with a large, multi-clinic health care center.

Michael served 10 years as Bonneville’s CFO before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Over the years, Michael’s operational responsibilities have consisted of directing and managing all financial operations; operating/capital budgets, financial reporting/analysis, cash flow, project feasibility, engagement of auditing firms and overseeing financial audits, account reconciliation, Federal/State Grant management, AP/AR, payroll, benefits management renewal, and member of Audit & Finance Committee.  In addition, Michael has managed 20+ employees and directed accounting/finance, administrative, insurance, servicing, human resource, and information technology (IT) departments.

Other duties consist of the development and completing reporting processes: Federal and State Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, HUD Lender Electronic Assessment Portal (LEAP), HUD Real Estate Assessment Center’s (REAC), Fannie Mae Mortgage Bankers’ Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF), Federal Uniform Data System (UDS) data collection and reporting, and reporting directly to the Board of Governors regarding fiscal operations, budget development, and budget variances.

Michael was born and raised in Salt Lake City.  Michael married Suzanne Gochnour and has four children; Danielle, Spencer, Andrew and Matthew.  His hobbies include coaching youth baseball and basketball.

Ashley Freeman joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital as the Controller of its subsidiary, Bonneville Multifamily Capital, in 2012.  As the Controller, she oversaw the Company’s compliance and financial activities, the multifamily servicing department, general operations, internal controls, and licensing.  Ashley took on the role of CFO in 2017.  As CFO, her responsibilities expanded to include managing the Company’s accounting department, compiling financial data and financial statements for the Company and its subsidiaries, maintaining budgets and projecting cash flows, engaging the Company’s audit agency for annual GAAP and GAGAS audits as well as tax return preparation, maintaining and valuing the Company’s assets, including Mortgage Serving Rights, and analyzing investments and business diversification projects.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration degree, emphasizing in Finance and Accounting, in 2012 from the University of Utah.

Brady is a director with Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital. He began working with Q10 | Bonneville in 2002 as a loan analyst. Within three years, he opened and managed a small satellite office for Q10 | Bonneville in Boise, Idaho, where he originated commercial loans in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.

Brady applied his knowledge of real estate in his positions as Director of Real Estate Operations, Associate Project Manager, and Manager with real estate development companies before returning to Q10 | Bonneville in 2012 in the Salt Lake City office. He is now a director, and is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans.

Brady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002 from the University of Utah and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development degree in 2010 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Brandon Simmons is a director for Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital. He got his start in the servicing department as a portfolio specialist in January, 2004. He gained experience in loan production as a loan analyst with Q10 | Bonneville, and is now a successful director with established relationships with local and national life insurance lenders.

In March of 1998, Dustin joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital as a financial loan analyst. After learning the intricacies of underwriting and preparing loan packages for lender approval, Dustin was promoted to a director in May of 2002. Dustin specializes in the origination of income commercial property loans, mainly with the exclusive life company lenders of Q10 | Bonneville. He has closed millions in loan transactions.

Dustin has served as a member of the national Q10 Capital Production Committee and has also spoken as a panel member for national production conferences. Dustin has also guest lectured for the University of Utah’s Masters of Real Estate Development program and serves as a judge and mentor for students participating in the Utah Real Estate Challenge sponsored by the Boyer-Ivory Real Estate Center and the University of Utah.

Dustin provides clients with local market knowledge, property-specific expertise and custom-tailored financing plans to help them achieve their investment goals. Whether the goal is to hold, buy, or sell, Dustin can provide the resources and up-to-date information to help his clients reach the best business and finance decision. As a result, he has been able to sustain long-term relationships with his clientele and lenders and continues to serve his clients’ best interests. Dustin has financed projects across the U.S. placing millions of dollars in commercial real estate loans and has been a prolific producer for the company.

Mike joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in the summer of 2004. During his tenure with the company, Mike has served in a variety of capacities including the portfolio asset manager, senior loan analyst and currently as a director. As an asset manager, Mike oversaw the annual valuation and inspection of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of loans. As a senior analyst, he underwrote and processed the application and commitment of over $500,000,000 in mortgage financing. Mike has been originating loans for his own account since 2007.

Tina Evans joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in 1984 as a Servicing Assistant and quickly transitioned to Servicing Manager. She left for a brief sabbatical and, after a short tenure with MountainWest Savings and Loan residential serving department, Tina returned to Q10 | Bonneville in 1992 and began to individually oversee its small servicing portfolio of $120 Million. The servicing department has grown to $3.3 billion and Tina now manages a knowledgeable servicing staff of eight.

Tina graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
