Christian Duffin is a commercial director with Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital. He joined Bonneville in August of 2001 as a loan analyst in Salt Lake City, UT, and in 2004 he moved to Las Vegas, NV as a commercial real estate director. Christian has closed loans ranging from $1,000,000 to over $65,000,000, primarily with Bonneville’s correspondent life insurance affiliates as well as with local lending institutions. Christian has also worked in the private money industry, focusing on financing land acquisition and residential lot development.

Prior to joining Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital, Christian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. He is a licensed mortgage agent in the State of Nevada and is a member of the local CCIM chapter.
