Jeffrey Simmons joined Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in 1981 in Salt Lake City as a Loan Production Assistant. Two years later he was appointed Vice President of the Company and became a director. Jeff became a managing director of Bonneville in 1994 after 13 years of service to the company. During that time he was responsible for the origination of commercial real estate loans.

Jeff continues to originate loans for his clients along the Wasatch Front and throughout the nation. Over the years he has built many long lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom have become his personal friends.

Jeff took a three year leave of absence from the company in July of 2009 to serve as a Mission President in Sydney, Australia for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He returned to Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital in July, 2012 upon the completion of his three-year assignment.

Jeff received his education at Brigham Young University and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Italian and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jeff has four children and eight grandchildren. Jeff is a sports enthusiast and remains active by playing basketball and golf. He also enjoys music and plays the piano and organ.
