Shaun is a director with Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital, joining the company in June of 2004. Shaun has been involved in the successful placement of over $700,000,000 in financing, with loan sizes from $500,000 to a portfolio of over $150,000,000; loans placed with life companies, Wall Street CMBS lenders, bridge lenders, and regional and local lending institutions.

Prior to joining Q10 | Bonneville Real Estate Capital, Shaun earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Brigham Young University as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of Utah. He worked as a portfolio manager and leasing agent with a Utah-based commercial property developer between earning both degrees, which is where he managed and leased a portfolio of nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial investment properties. He is a licensed mortgage agent in the state of Nevada and is a member of the local CCIM chapter.
