Ana joined the servicing team in the spring of 2015. She personally manages 125+ loan portfolios every year. She specializes in managing borrower and lender relations. She provides timely updates to our lenders on loan collateral by collecting real estate property income and expense statements, personally inspecting the properties, and then analyzing the state of the loan and quality of the investment.
