Dustin Jackson helped his client refinance a seven property portfolio of self storage facilities across Utah and Nevada. Through a correspondent life insurance company, Dustin was able to secure low interest rate, long-term financing for his client. While a couple of the properties were still in lease-up, we were able to use the other stabilized assets to finance the entire portfolio.
