The Multifamily team helped a client secure their first Agency (Freddie Mac Small Balance) loan in their portfolio. This loan was on the right on the cusp of qualifying for Agency financing and the underwriting process was extensive. Ultimately with copious cooperation from the borrower, we delivered higher loan proceeds at a lower interest rate than was set forth upon application. Certainly a win for their first non-recourse loan during a pandemic.
