Alec joined Bonneville Real Estate Capital in 2008.
He has served as a portfolio specialist in Bonneville’s loan servicing department and works as a loan analyst in Bonneville’s loan production department.
As a portfolio specialist, Alec and three teammates managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
As a loan analyst, Alec works with three directors underwriting and processing loans in the $100 million range annually.
Alec graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and speaks fluent Spanish.
