Bob has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 4 decades and since 2020 has served as a business development officer for Bonneville and its subsidiary Q10 Capital Servicing. He has also served as president and CEO of Q10 Capital LLC, since 2007. Q10 is an affiliation of independent commercial mortgage bankers of which Bonneville is a founding member.
Early in his career, Bob was involved in commercial real estate development starting as a leasing agent and ending as a regional development partner. He later moved into the software industry with a focus on commercial and multifamily loan origination and servicing technologies, ultimately becoming president of what was then the largest commercial and multifamily loan servicing software provider in the nation.
Bob is an ex-officio member of MBA’s Commercial Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) having served as chairman in 2015. He was awarded the 2013 MBA CREF Distinguished Service Award. Bob is also a founding member and immediate past president of the Chartered Realty Investor® Society and earned the CRI® charter in 2005. In his spare time, Bob and his wife enjoy traveling, spending time with their children and grandchildren, and trying to keep up with their two golden retrievers, Woody and Bella.
