Evan is a director at BREC.
To date, he has successfully sourced over $400 million in commercial mortgage financing deals.
Before BREC, Evan had a successful career in international business development and finance, having lead deals internationally as well as in the U.S.– working with architects, developers, and Private Public Partnerships (PPPs). His professional finance experience extends to foreign exchange markets and risk management & analysis.
He has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for several years and has his real estate license with the state of Nevada.
Evan holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
