Zac has originated over 1.6 billion dollars over his career, spanning over 220 loans. He is a multiple-time recipient of the Q10 High-Producer Award. He has originated commercial real estate loans across all major asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, self-storage, hospitality, and special-use properties. He continues to work with numerous well-respected developers across the United States and abroad.
Zac serves as an Executive Director at BREC. He has held nearly every role within the organization, ranging from runner to loan officer, director, and ultimately executive director. This comprehensive experience has given him deep expertise in commercial lending.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Utah.
