Henry Schwendiman, Sam McConkie, and Kenny Emery arranged a 223 (f) HUD loan for their client. The HUD loan provided the borrower many benefits, including a 35-year amortization and a lower-than-normal debt service coverage requirement. The lower debt service coverage ultimately increased loan proceeds above what other lenders could offer.
