We were able to provide our client a 10 year term with a 30 year amortization for their refinance of this multifamily asset. We were also able to provide a very flexible prepayment provision allowing the client to prepay at anytime for 1% of the current loan balance. The interest rate and terms were very attractive given the small market location.
